Point the camera at a barcode and get a straight answer against your avoid-list, not a crowd-sourced grade from strangers with different bodies. The blocklist lives on the device; the verdict arrives in under a second.

MacroMeso

One system for what you eat and what you lift.

Diet logging and mesocycle training usually live in two apps that never speak. MacroMeso runs them off one model, so this week's volume targets actually reflect last week's food, sleep, and completed sets.
